The removal of old pavers & overgrown foundation plantings provided a clean plate to the entrance. We used porcelain pavers, widened the path, and included an arrival landing. New planting was added to include a curtain of grasses to provide a separation from the road. LED lighting along the path corner tree and stepping stone steps for a second entrance to the pool from the other side.

Now that the planting has matured the design intent shows the soft and welcoming planting along the pathway. Throughout the year the plants provide interest, colour and texture.

The pool exterior originally had a 2ft wide poured concrete apron around three sides and 6ft at the end. We added a pool coping to conceal the white pool liner band and porcelain pavers extended for more space, better safety, and large seating areas for entertaining.
